(Ankabooth ) 29 : 65
فَإِذَا رَكِبُوا فِي الْفُلْكِ دَعَوُا اللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ فَلَمَّا نَجَّاهُمْ إِلَى الْبَرِّ إِذَا هُمْ يُشْرِكُونَ
And when they board a ship, they call Lord Allah, submit sincerely to Him. But when He delivers them to the land, all at once they associate others with Him.
Since the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are hiding and rejecting Adhikr which is the Ticket to Paradise, they are like dead bodies without the soul. See explanation 10: 22-23 and 17: 67-69.
